Dalian Dapinjia Group launched a 11kW DC-DC converter solution based on Infineon products

With the rapid development of battery-powered mobile Electronic equipment and distributed power system applications, people have put forward higher requirements for the performance of DC-DC power modules. In addition to the conventional electrical performance indicators, people hope that it can have a smaller volume, higher power density, and higher conversion efficiency, and at the same time, it can have a good heat dissipation function. To this end, Dalian Dapinjia has launched a 11kW DC-DC converter solution (REF-DAB11KIZSICSYS) based on Infineon SiC MOSFETs and drivers, which can meet market demands and provide end users with excellent power supply performance.

On January 6, 2022, Dalian General Holdings, a leading semiconductor component distributor dedicated to the Asia-Pacific market, announced that its subsidiary Pinjia has launched a 11kW DC-DC converter solution based on Infineon SiC MOSFETs and drivers .

REF-DAB11KIZSICSYS is a CLLC resonant DC/DC converter board capable of delivering 800 V output voltage up to 11kW, IMZ120R030M1H (30mΩ/1200V SiC MOSFET) plus 1EDC20I12AH, making it more cost-effective and power density. With its efficient bidirectional power conversion capability and soft switching characteristics, it is ideal for DCDC projects such as electric vehicles and energy storage systems (ESS).

With these excellent performances, this solution has high power requirements and cost performance, and can be widely used in 30kW to 150kW chargers, 50kW to 350kW chargers, energy storage systems, electric vehicle fast charging, power conversion systems (PCS) and other end products.
